Our cruise has come to an end and we have arrived in
Singapore. We are staying at Robinson
Quay on the Singapore River.
After settling in we walked around to nearby Clarke Quay
where we enjoyed the sights and had a delicious lunch at Spizzico. We also visited a few shops, something that
you can’t avoid in Singapore. For dinner we went to nearby Robinson Quay with
its equally impressive array of restaurants.
On our second day, we headed off to Gardens by the Bay, new
since our last visit. We went to one of
the two major domes, the Cloud Forest, as the other was closed (only on one day
per month – the day we were there). The plants were stunning as you will see
from our photos.
We also visited the hotel complex with its amazing
futuristic architecture and the Marina Sands Shopping Mall.
Last night we dined with our ex neighbours from Forster and
their family who now live in Singapore.
Another few enjoyable days.
Today we fly to Hanoi.

The plants are indeed amazing - can you get them in Bunnings garden section do you think?
Looking forward to lots of photos from Ha Long Bay.
