Franciscan ChurchThis ia a fabulous city. There is no single must see place.
The castle is just a castle. The museum is not world class. The churches are nice but not breathtaking. The squares are very pleasant and so on.
But.. overall, it is a delightful place that has a fabulous feel to it. A good ambience. A real buzz.
It is a must see place.

What are they digging up? Looks like a bunch of traffic calming devices!
We are not sure but perhaps they are old Roman traffic calming devices.
the way I first read it, I thought the comment "look what they're digging up..." referred to the photo of Gail underneath!!!
